Ok... Well i was in Nagrand killing Clefthoof Bull and for some Random reason i got the achivement Damage control which is in BG now i havent been in a battleground for days....

So someone please explain to me why i got Damage control killings mobs without being in a battleground

and should i tell WOW forum in bugs?

And 2 ppl from my guild just got it in Gadgetzan...

Yeah the achievements get bugged sometimes, I was in Naxx the other day and a guy in my guild got Damage Control too while in Naxx. Another time a guy I know kept getting a bunch of fishing achievements he already had while he was out fishing.

Are you on a PvP Server?

I got it in Icecrown also. I was grinding on some dailies when I got it.

I am wondering if it is counting our grinding in a particular area as being in the same battle.
