Levels min-70 Alliance have always won..?

not always sometimes theres periods of each winning but alliance is full of bitch boys

Haven't played wow in awhile, but i played on the cyclone battlegroup and horde always won. It really just depends what level bracket and what battlegroup your on, you can try server changing to a server where a certain faction in a battlegroup wins.
