Default Can I get the achievement Shadow of the Betrayer without (WOW)...?
Can I get the achievement Shadow of the Betrayer in WOW without getting artisan flying to do the netherwing-friendly stuff and also without doing the Seer Udalo quest and follow-ups?

I'm not artisan and can't find a raid group for Arcatraz (TK)...and I'm stuck at 89/90 quests and can't find any others to do!

Anyone know? Thanks!
