i am only lvl 25 and i want to get the hollowed be thy name achievement for the title, but i need the "bring Me the head of.. oh wait" achievement, can someone tell me how i will be able to get this achievement by the end of the festival please?

You can only get that by doing the holiday dungeon and killing the Headless Horseman. You need to be level 83 to even queue for it if I remember correctly. So I hope you're in a level 25 guild for the leveling bonus and that you can live off of a few hours of sleep a day, because that's the only way I see you getting that achievement before the Halloween event ends.
