In World Of Warcraft how do I get the [Full Caravan] Achievement?

Helloo pplz^.^ Another world of warcraft question yet again:P lol. Im trying to get the achievement [full caravan] im at Light's Hope Chapel standing in front of Fiona ready to complete the quest [Journey's End] and I know im suposed to have more people:/ The people I have atm are Gidwin, Tarenar, Argus, Rimblat and I cant find Vex'tul, I havn't parted ways with him yet so im sure he's around here somewhere lol THANKS!
